Marchell Rape, MS, LPC, NCC
When I entered motherhood, I already had my preconceived expectations and experiences planned. Four months after my first born I suffered from postpartum anxiety. As a clinician, I was familiar with the ugly face anxiety demonstrated but for some reason, I thought I was exempt. Being a mother is the most challenging and rewarding experience one can endure. It is vital for you to understand the support and resources available. It is my duty to hear your voice and walk alongside you.
It is my goal to create a therapeutic environment that fosters empowerment, connection, and change. While breaking detrimental patterns of generational cycles, shame, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional/mental obstacles.
I have the training and a specialized skill set in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trust Based on Relational Intervention, Trauma Informed Care, and Solution Focused therapy. By integrating these therapies, I provide a personalized, tailored approach to meet your needs and unlock personal growth.
I am honored to sit alongside you and help you gain the insight needed to be your complete, authentic self. Choose you today, because I have. I look forward to working with you.
